BookHero uses independent delivery service providers who assure us a delivery timeline within 24h to 48h.
Next day delivery could happen from Monday to Saturday and it will be possible (as long as your order is placed the day before 6pm). Sundays will not be collecting or delivery service.

The delivery company will contact you beforehand to inform you about the delivery.
In case you are not available, they will try for a total of three attempts, and after that the shipment comes back to us.

Yes. We offer a Click & Collect service. You can select the option at the time of payment and collect your order from the BookHero outlet at Oasis Mall, Basement Level 1. Do note that the payment has to be made online prior to collecting the books.

We are thorough in our dispatch and delivery process but in the event of such errors, please do reach out to us by email info@bookhero.ae within 48 hours we will rectify and reship your order free of cost.
Once you receive the new shipment please send the wrong shipment to the courier representative to bring the items back to us.

All our outlets have a diverse collection of books but the largest in terms of size is at:
1) Oasis Mall Dubai Basement Level 1
2) BookHero Café in Umm Suqeim Park

We have been running this scheme since 2016 where we offer FREE educational book swaps for school, college and university students and parents. This scheme is ONLY AVAILABLE at the BookHero outlet in Oasis Centre, Dubai.

Please read the criteria of the scheme below:

- Your books must be in a good condition (no writing in and on it, no missing pages, no highlighted portions, or any other defacement). We swap the same number of books you give us. ALL FREE OF COST!
- The timing for book swap service is between 10 am to 8 pm.
- Books can be exchanged unlimited number of times as long as they continue to be in good condition.

We have a unique colour-coded pricing system.

BookHero sells a mix of NEW and PRE-READ books. We take utmost care in sourcing pre-read books that are in generally good condition with minor flaws only.

Our books are MAINLY AED 10 or AED 20, but there are a few exceptions where prices can be slightly higher. But you can rest assured that all our books are competitively priced.

Yes, we do! You can sell to us ONLY at Oasis Mall, Dubai. We are in Basement level 1. We purchase books of any genre for AED 1 EACH. We only purchase books English and Arabic books. For books in other languages, we can accept, not purchase them. Educational books can be swapped under the Educational Book Swap scheme.

We will gladly accept any of your unwanted books. You could simply drop them at our locations in Oasis Mall Dubai, Basement level 1 or BookHero Café in Umm Suqeim Park . You can drop them off EVERY DAY between 10 am to 8 pm.
