BookHero is hosting its first-ever journaling workshop! Bring your thoughts and feelings to join a session where we will explore how creative journaling can be a safe and private space to express yourself freely. From spontaneous writing to intuitive understanding - we're going to dig into ourselves and scribble away!
Give your vulnerabilities, confusion and gratitude space on paper - write, draw, colour, doodle with us.
This workshop will cover:
- Insights into the 'Dear Diary' effect on growth and self-care
- Bulleting, mixed-media, prompt based writing
- Unlocking creativity through the habit of reflection
You may bring a notebook or your existing journal along with you.
